Charlotte Fontaine and Diederik Verwiel join forces

Per 1 juli 2024 werken Charlotte Fontaine (Capital C) en Diederik Verwiel (Verwiel – the creative agency) samen vanuit dezelfde organisatie: een nieuw en krachtig eventbureau*. Deze samenwerking markeert een belangrijke stap voor beide eventprofessionals die al jaren actief zijn in de wereld van internationale live communicatie.

Charlotte Fontaine and Diederik Verwiel have been successfully working together for about fifteen years in various roles within the event industry. This productive collaboration has led to the logical step of combining their strengths and merging their expertise and resources. The new agency offers clients a wide range of services, from creative concepts and communication strategies to live and virtual events.

 
The name of the event agency and its branding will be announced after this summer. From July 1, Charlotte Fontaine and Diederik Verwiel will already be operating together for their (inter)national clients from the existing entity Verwiel – the creative agency BV.

Verwiel - the creative agency is known for its work domestically and internationally for clients such as Philips, ASML, Mastercard, Volvo and Oracle. Capital C also serves major brands like Nike Europe, Adyen, Albert Heijn and IT4Kids. Many productions for these clients have already been realized by both event professionals, both in front of and behind the scenes.

Founders' Profiles
Diederik Verwiel has over 36 years of experience in the event industry. He started his career at the Arjan van Dijk Group and held various leading positions, including Creative Director at De Otter & De Vries. In 2001, he co-founded Bruggen Verwiel Eventmarketing and in 2017, he started Verwiel - the creative agency, where he again operated internationally.

Charlotte Fontaine is since 2016, Charlotte Fontaine has been a Creative Director and Event Strategist at Capital C. With her background in art and economics, she combines creativity and commerce to create impactful business events. Charlotte has worked for brands like Nike and Albert Heijn and began her career at De Otter creators. She later first collaborated with Diederik Verwiel as a senior project manager at Bruggen Verwiel Eventmarketing. 

Prospects
Charlotte and Diederik have been successfully collaborating since 2010 and complement each other perfectly. Their shared vision and passion for the field have led to the establishment of this new event agency, whose name and branding will be announced in fall. The agency promises to be a leading player in the world of live communication with a great combination of creativity, strategic insight and operational excellence in the Netherlands and beyond.
